Royal Purple, been very happy with i!
is that R50 rated for aircooled equipment?????? :monkey:Klotz R50 here in everything aswell, from snowmobiles to the lawn care equipment, to the outboard on the boat.
Where are y'all buying Mobil Mx2T these days? I switched to Mx2T several years ago, after reading about it here on ArboristSite.
Autozone used to carry Mx2T, but it disappeared from the shelves of my local store a few months back. I still have a few bottles, but I use the same mix in all of my saws, blowers, and trimmers, so it will not last too long. Does anyone know of an autoparts chain or bigbox store that stocks this oil?
I'm surprised nobody has mentioned used motor oil or canola oil. :hmm3grin2orange:
I buy whatever oil the Stihl dealer has on the shelf which is always the STIHL ORANGE bottle. I'm a lemming.
I never made that statement. What I said is that Scamsoil buys its baseoils fro Mobil.
The basestock and additive package used in MX2T, now is proprietary and Scamsoil doesnt have anything close to it.
I don't wanna switch back and forth between different oils in my saws do I?(@least its not good to, right?)
I am sorry for misquoting you BWalker, thats not what I meant to do.
