Which carburetor for 346xp?

Hallo!

Which carburetor for Hva 346xp?

I have one 2010 and two 2011 - NE of course - all three were
bought from the US - preferably I want a carburetor that fits
all three (if there is a difference) ... .

When I look at ebay.com and elsewere it seems that both Za-
ma C3-EL18B and C3-EL32 are claimed to be the right choice
- is that really so?

I'm no expert, but there aren't any major differenses among the Zama carbs that have been used, so i don't think it really matters (except the EPA/non EPA part = limiters or not).

The Walbro HDA 154/159 that were used on the earliest saws (from 1999) have a slightly larger venturi 15.08 instead of 15.0mm), and I know some like them better than the later Zama ones.It may just be "snobbery" because they are Walbro and not Zama though.....

Some like to put the larger HDA 199 series carbs on the 346xp as well, but mostly on ported saws - and there are issues with those carbs unless they have been "corrected".
