you dont get a 2 year warranty on commercial saws the last 2 I've bought had 90 day warranties

You do get the 2-year w/ a pro saw, if not USED commercially, key difference. Just an FYI.

I don't think i get a warranty on a used saw that was never used

You should, a dealer can reassign the warranty, if they want to. I traded in my six week old, 18 tree cut up, gallon of fuel used, MS362 in on a new MS441RCM. The dealer said they'd transfer the warranty to the next guy and knock $30 off the saw. They sold my 362 the next day!
