As for the Airstream, I reckon if you can bang out pizzas in four minutes, and I'm figuring kiln dried wood won't make that much smoke, they could do well at fairs and such.

That's going to be one HOT Airstream! I can't imagine that much heat being generated and being able to work in there.

The air conditioners on those old Airstreams are pretty anemic, and even with air on, and all windows open on a ninety degree day,,,,nope, not for me.

How did the fire marshall approve it? Wood fire, and only one exit.

Ya about this....Can't go anywhere without hearing this one (being named Daryl). Newhart had something in the 80's but I think we should phase this one out.

I don't think he had to have a fire inspection. The oven is well insulated. It has a new a/c unit. It's really kind of neat the way it's setup. It was a total gut job and rebuild.
