Walbro Carb metering levels chart

The latest carb kit I bought came with this Walbro metering lever chart. It has most of the model carbs on it. I thought it was pretty handy and thought I'd pass it along. Nice to have most carbs on one page. I plan on laminating it and sticking it in the saw binder on the bench.

OR buy the "W" shaped tool for a couple bucks. It lists all the models next to the side you need to use.

I looked at one of those yesterday, along with the Z zama tool, and from what I remember, the WT carbs are actually a little under the inside plate. Perhaps this diagram is updated. (or I am not remembering correctly)

Not sure what your saying.. your saying the W tool is incorrect? I've been using the metering tool and have had zero problems.

I was just looking at one in a shop and wanted to remember the wt settings, and seems to me they are a little under, not over, with the tool. You have the tool in hand, go look at it. I could very well be misremembering now though, looked at several.

Still handy gadgets though, as is this chart. Either should work OK.

Thanks Arrowhead! I really appreciate you posting this, I was looking for this exact info. I'm thinking of ordering one of those "W" tools, should be here in about a week... or I could just take 15 minutes with a piece of scrap metal and a file and wa-la ;o) ... I need all my saws ready for work tomorrow, wonder what I should do

yep about 15 minutes... roughed out with cut-off grinder saved a few ;o)
