Anyone using a 20" 3/8" on these saws? Feels like the Dolmar short 18" 3/8" is about perfect but I have a 20" I haven't tried.

Glad to see you got off the fence Andy.:msp_tongue:

Glad to see you got the 5100 rather than a 5105.

Nice doggah.:msp_razz:

Not much of a fence but I'am over it and loving it, like I said I would not have gotten the 6401 if this one was first!

The 6401 is fun and nice for bigger stuff. But for firewood cutting a good 50cc saw is more practical. It will cut about anything you need, albeit slower. The 6401 is not convenient for cutting up smaller stuff which comprises the majority of the work.

Why is that? My dealer has a 5100 that looks lonely on his display stand.
