Did we get hacked again??

When I try to log on from a browser...ANY browser, it goes directly to a link bucks site. Can't get in at all.

Tapatalk from I phone still works, but using Safari from my phone brings me to the Linkbucks site

Me too, the main url is redirecting to link bucks

I can only get in the chainsaw forum from my computer, I get redirect if using any other route.

Sending me to Link Bucks too on the computer unless I go to a direct link I had set up to a thread. When I type in the site name URL it directs me to Link Bucks and wants me to download something>

DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING!!

Contacting site support. This is crazy.

Are you able to get to the home page from the chainsaw forum?
I can get to the chainsaw forum but get redirected when I try to go to the home page.

This ####e is becoming a PITA. Wish the arsepacker messing with our forum would go back to packing arse and let us chat about chainsaws:msp_angry:

I go directly to the saw forum from my shortcut. Clicking on the main forum I get the 'LinkBullchit' deal.

I was responding to a private message and when I hit the forum icon it took me to the link.

If I go to Google and type in Arboristsite..it will have a sub-menu with chainsaws listed..that works

Just Don't go to the top of page and click on Arboristsite...or you will go the "links crap site"

Quick Navigation on the bottom right of the page is working .

Same for me main links are busted, searching for a post and entering backwards works as does chainsaw forum.

The good news is that the redirection doesn't seem to be caused by any changes on my computer. I checked my "hosts" files and it is just as i left it last time i edited it. looks like the problem is on the server. most of these guys are extortionists, try to get money from the web site owner to be left alone.

From Chainsaw go directly to What's New. That seems to be the only way I can navigate.

I sure wish they'd fix this.

And this is why I DENY javascript on ALL sites unless proven decent, and only ever, ever turn on selected domains via noscript, a firefox add on.

Most of the time I don't run with it on, even here. ya, you lose some functionailty, but you avoid 99% of what nastygram crap that can happen to you on the net, too. I'll pass on nastygram action and annoying blinking animated gif ads. simple text URL is advertising enough and loads safer for everyone concerned.

People seem to like "ohh, shiny"! though..not me....

Yes, the main page is compromised, the entire code is just a simple redirect.

I am guessing there is more to it than that as well.
