I think fatigue is a huge deal Now that I am older (62) I find saying to myself..."I have done a good job so far, I am tired.... I will quit while I am ahead..." So I quit, there is no reason to push it. A good friend, close to 70 now, lived in the northern woods of Minnesota his whole life...

    Stihl MS250: Engine re-build

circlip chart for 10mm wrist pins attached. not all pistons have the same size groove for the wrist pin circlip, best to measure the aftermarket circlip and upgrade it to a good one with no ears.

    Stihl MS250: Engine re-build

No the only thing you might want to do is swap out the circlips If the diameter of the circlip wire is a little less than 1 mm an oem circlip will be too thin. Measure the wrist pin diameter if it is 10mm and the wire is something like .90 mm use a Yamaha 10 mm wrist pin circlip instead. If...

    025 Kinda unusual

I think the carb you want is a Walbro WT. 215 I have 3 025s They flood easily. When cold put on full choke pull until you get one pop, Then put in the 1/2 choke position and pull till it starts, never go to full choke again
