What does everybody use to clean exhaust port.And do you do it tdc or bdc.Do you use brake cleaner or carb cleaner on port.

Can somebody tell me the idle speed and high speed for this saw.

What do yall use to clean exhaust ports and mufflers and screens of carbon.I heard you should just throw away the screen.

The H screw has limited effect on adjustments because of the rev limiter built into the ignition module.And the combination of an internal fixed high speed port,however you want to make sure you are close to spec on the high side, in your case it is 11,300 to 13,000 rpms.This is not important as...

No but you need to set the low side to 2800 rpms to get the best throttle response and crisp acceleration.

The specs for the high speed are 11,300 to 13,000 i believe you are ok. Pm me if you want to know how stihl is doing the low side idle speed.Do you have the zama c1q-s83 carb on this.

cool. I have used that before i found this place.Now i can't get off this place. The other john is not that bad. He has helped me before on 4 stroke electrical and stuff,but i don't think he is good with two stroke. I hope you go back as fish and tear that site up. The other guys are not that good.
