What do yall use to clean exhaust ports and mufflers and screens of carbon.I heard you should just throw away the screen.

What do yall use to clean exhaust ports and mufflers and screens of carbon.I heard you should just throw away the screen.

Use a torch and a wire brush to clean the screen. I've also used it to clean the muffler, with some scraping and air pressure. The exhaust port is a place for caution, you don't want it going back into the cylinder, some careful scraping should take care of it.
