tank vent was good so i took the carb off today and took it all apart cleaned it real good with carb and choke cleaner and compressed air i didn't see anything but there must of been something in there because it is running the way it should now. thank you guys for all your help on this

yes i can back the high jet out and it does run very rich until i cut with it then it goes very lean i took the tube out of the muffler and put the screen and deflector plate back on with a bigger hole cut in the reflector plate

the bark looks just like black locus but its a very soft light wood more like beach wood bark with thorns and green inside
