    Husqvarna t540 bog blues.

Give me a carb any day, I can tune w a screwdriver ! My three huskys have been in the shop at least every 3 months for hard starting, hesitation, and so on. Everytime I'm told it's a computer reflash needed. T540 is an amazing saw when running but that's only 2 weeks out of a month on average...

    My first crane job... Tips?

That's my job most days, setting chokers on the tips and rapelling out. I'd do it for free but don't tell my boss. Most fun u can have at work ? Somebody else usually cuts. Also always make release cut on side w sling so co can lift log off pinched saw !

    climbing techniques with a zigzag

Tight eye splice tropical ivy and a zig zag and I can tie into crane and untie in seconds. Plus once u learn to hold it in ur hand and just work top lever w pointer finger u can absolutely fly down. I climb on all drt tho since 90% is crane work. Well worth it imho

I still have pinky but don't know how much it's gonna bend ! It does move on its own n the surgery was only 4 weeks ago. If I don't cut n chuck I damage root flare or take all day roping and cost the company money. Plus I'm a groundie half the time n I really appreciate all the butts facing the...

pinky almost cut off 1 handing ms 201 65' up

Was left handing huge willow oak and tossing butts away from root flare, easier on my ground guys and protects root flare at this was a prune job. which boots should I get? + Climb right spur issue

If those are the boots you have been climbing in I found your problem! I'm only 5'7" so I don't have the height issues others have but my buddy who is much taller wears the same size geckos as me so they ride on his 16" boots instead of his leg and loves it. I've actually been thinking about...

I run Oregon semi chisel skip, 72apx I think ? When u work on the ground and do flush cuts dirt is inevitable so the small speed semi chisel gives up is overcome by the durability compared to full chisel. Skip just sharpens so fast and I can hardly tell a difference in smoothness or speed...
