Just changed the filters on the fan.... Went with a slightly different design using 4 20x20 filters. More filter surface area should increase flow hence more cubic feet per minute filtered.

That's a neat set-up. I never thought about using multiple filters with one fan. I have an opening in the floor with a grate that lets heat rise from the basement wood stove. I have a box fan sitting on top of a filter there. You would be surprised how much dirt/dust that collects! Where do you put your creation? Near the stove?
