most the slabs are 16% or less the darker walnut is 22% so I hope it will be ok. Top left is sugar maple I think and is at 5%, we are keeping it for a cutting board. Needs some epoxy tho to fill the checks. Apple in there and cherry too, the cherry was the easiest to router mill flat
