Okay i have a 28 GPM Haldex pump.If i run it direct drive from a diesel engine at 2000 RPM what would the flow be compared to running in 3000 rpm?

Hmmmmm guess i need to raise the rpms some more.

check my math, but if its a direct displacment pump, the under flow is the same presantage as the rpm's
