Husqvarna 575 xp

My husqvarna 575 xp seized from air leak and I located it under cylinder exhaust side at the base.I threw a new piston in and put some silicone high heat under base gasket and on top and tightened cylinder bolts. I then air tested and still have an air leak?

Cracked, warped, incorrect bolt lengths-too long, old gasket material remaining?? I'm looking for a 575 parts saw if you get tired of messing with it.
