Not the greatest pictures but took couple today.Couple of my main 6421 and some of the mufflers I was experimenting on. Ive opened up a couple of the non cat mufflers and I found opening up just the back portion of the baffle really helps, you can just remove the baffle all together, it just slides out. I have one of those tools to adjust the H on the carb, so I re tuned the saw and really like it. At first I just drilled a few holes in the back portion of the baffle but could still hear the saw being held back, so I just dremeled it out. I think this will really help when I go for the 52mm top end. On the muffler I cut the original spacer down, and then found a bolt at tractor supply, M5-80 x 50, the length is a bit long so I cut it to fit, they didnt have any exact length needed.
