Rebuild the carb!

Thanks, should I pop the welch plug out when I'm rebuilding it? If so, where's the best place to find one? Is that something most dealers stock?

I'd try fattening up the low side an 1/8th turn or so before anything else.

Not a good idea unless you are experienced doing that.

Hey Lee, found your thread very interesting and wondering how everything worked out with your 460? Did you find and fix the carb gremlins and how has the saw held up for you?

Thanks. I still have the saw and it runs great. I rebuilt the carb and got it tuned up and it runs great now. I have about 20 tanks through it and it still is going strong. In the end I spent too much money on it but I have a 76cc saw that works for me. Here's a good sized ash I dropped with it.
