hey long time looker and just joined!
Anyhow I have a old wood doctor that finally went out. We bought the house and it came with it. I’m looking at replacing it with a classic edge 750.
Is there any major flaws with this stove? And does it really use less wood with the gasification process?
How is the stainless holding up?
Also right now I got a mix of somewhat green wood and seasoned wood. How is this stove with greenish wood? The old wood doctor would eat anything but also blow through wood like crazy.
By next year I should be 2 years ahead.
Basically what’s your thoughts on the stove. Is it worth it? From what I read it’s a good stove and some people have problems and a lot don’t, but it seems that way with all brands.
