The 2260 was built in 2016, the 2253 in 2013.
No, I did not buy them just to resell. I'm a hoarder trying to be less of a hoarder. When you find saws you forgot you even bought, you have a problem and it's time to sell. These were under a pile of clothes that don't fit in the corner of my bedroom.

I am interested in the 2260. Just the saw I have been looking at online. I am married so I have to talk to the wife first.
Sorry withdrawing my interest. I was told by my better half “Spend the extra money and get a new saw so you have the warranty.” That being said I am leaning toward the MS 362 c m or the 562xp, I have both dealers within 20 miles.
