What is the name of the insecticide used on the Bark Beetle that are killing the trees in New Mexico?

The NM fact sheet lists carbaryl and permethrin as effective:

Keep in mind that the insecticide needs to be applied prior to infestation. Be sure to follow state and label guidelines. I'm sure you don't need that last reminder, but somebody might!
