Quadra Fire 7100 & Heat n' Glo Northstar

I'm new to AS, hope this works... I am planning on upgrading my old pre-fabricated zero clearance fireplace and am starting to review the different high eff wood fireplace and stove inserts. I'm told since i do not have full masonry chimmey that i cant use a stove insert without major rework...so that leads me to with a high eff wood fireplace...I.E: a product from Quadra Fire or Quad's Heat n ' Glo brand of products. I was looking at the quad # 7100($$$)or Heat n Glo Northstar (a little less $$).

Can you guys provide and feedback on either of the above mentioned units / or my specific application?

ZC fireplace
