Raywood Ash

I have four Raywood Ash trees that the limbs are dying from the top each year.

What can I do with these trees?

Should I replace them?

Sure looks like the early stages of Emerald ash borer...

Ash tree- might as well cut it now for the borer will kill it eventually.

If I remove the Ash trees, what should I do when replacing with another tree. I have Maple trees in this area and they seem to be unaffected.
