It’s operational, pulls grass instead of cuts. Will need sharpening. Looks to be all here and original. Paints not original but looks nice. Have no idea what something like this is worth or how shipping can be arranged because it’s heavy and unwieldy because of the long handle. Will leave all that to you. I am open to offers .
