What am I?

Help! No one can agree on what this tree may be. It has two different types of leaves, they grow in clumps and curl in on themselves, and it grows new shoots like crazy.

Bet it has helicopter seeds, grandparents had a yard full of them and we played with them as kids.

This is a box elder seed pod.

If it's Box Elder it should have some bright pink streaks in the middle of it in the wood that is split. Haven't seen many that didn't.

Male ornamental cultivar, produces no seeds.
