I've got several Stihl saws, and have owned at least 20 others. Those two saws (372, 346) have impressed me that much though.

It's REAL hard to argue with that combo. I'm not quite ready to trade my 440/460 off for a 372 yet though.

I gave mine to a friend in need. I'm sure I'll come out ok though.

Hard to beat a good running 044. I'll be building up a 50mm 044 soon that is gunnin fo yo 372!!!

I don't know. I was tempted to go black and red, but the three stair stepped Husky's will be cool. Plus you get the HD filter not available on the Jonsered.

Indeed. I'd sure like to see a build-off of 372 X-Torq's and 2172's. I'd love to see what the builders could come up with on these latest strato's when pushed by competitive motivation.

get my first chance to run a modded saw last
saturday at the Maine GTG. A Husky 372, Man
was i ever impressed with that saw. That thing
flat out ripped.

I like ported saws myself but only have 2 stock ones that I haven't run yet. The 576 might end up modded but i'm not sure yet.
