Got a notice of traffic violation from the Oak Ridge Tn. photo enforcement program today. We where in violation of going 52mph in a 40mph zone. Violation is 50.00, but here is the funny thing. If you log onto there website and check the video it also shows GUIDO following us. Where is his ticket?

thats nothing 2kmh over the limit here and it will cost you about $250us here and every town has ether stationary or

50 bucks is pretty cheap. Last one I got was for 29 in a 25 and it was 160 bucks!!! Not a school zone either, just a stupid slow street where it goes from 45 to 25 and the copper was right past the sign, seems I was set up!!! Not worth fighting, just touch yer toes and let Sandusky have his money.

Here in Louisiana the ticket will (for 12mph over) will cost you ~$50 also, court cost will be $225 on top and there is no way around it either.

Does the photo show your face for a positive ID? Make them prove it was you. If someone else speeds in your car then who is responsible for the ticket, the driver or the owner of the car?

Probably the owner of the vehicle since it goes off your licence plate tag number.
