Nice saw Ric, that's the one I was thinking of before, the little brother to my 71-A

Saw funds are a little low right now, but get with me in a couple weeks and see what we can do.

BTW, do you have the super cool original Poulan labeled bar for it?

Makes it much more desirable.

Your killin me. Guess I got to call Baltimore tonight. Who's near there if they won't shop?

That one in Allentown is interesting. I know there are members near there but can't remember who.

As long as you're going to Baltimore, might as well go to Easton

OLD POULAN CHAINSAW - $50 (Easton Maryland)

I'm nearby. About 20-40 min depending on where.

Sent on the fly.

The seller and I made an agreement to sell the saw and split the proceeds.....

I hope this works out for you man and you are happy with the results. It looks like its been a long journey. I definitely will not be shipping any saws via USPS. I gleaned quite a bit of information from your experience and appreciate you posting. Thanks again.

I've yet to need to ever file a claim with FedEx........I pray that they will handle it better if the need arises.

I've sent hundreds of saws via USPS.......and this one is the only one I've had them to lose. That experience sure left a bad taste in my mouth.

Edit----They lost one that my brother sent here as well. They did not pay his claim either.

Current bid with 6+ days left is $455. Looks like you two should both recoup some $ from the sale. I hope it works out as well as possible and that Mr. ChainsawJohnny follows through on his end.

If it were me, i might take the proceeds and donate it to my favorite charity just to have the evil saw frustration money out of my mind altogether.
