I am looking for a service manual for a Husqvarna 395XP, which I bought back in December 2001. I recently purchased a CD from Ebay that supposed to contain service information for all Husqvarna products up to 2003. The CD contains service manuals for most chainsaws including the 394XP. But it only contains technical notes for the 395XP.

Does anyone know how I can get my hands on a service manual for the 395XP?

Thanks for the link. I looked at the thread. Is that where I can actually download a copy of the service manual, or are you merely pointing out there's where I should be posting requests for manuals?

Workshop manuals in PDF format for many Husky chainsaw models can be downloaded from various web sites. For some reason, there seems to be no information on the 395XP.

Yes I know this is an old thread and I HAVE been through several hundred pages of the beg for manuals thread but have found nothing for a 395XP.

Does anyone know where I can get the SERVICE manual for a 395XP even if I have to pay for it............

Many Thanks,

Art

Necro post revived, but I'm curious if anyone has a service manual for the 395XP. I know my way around engines, but sometimes they have little tips and torque specs, or the correct order of operations to disassemble something easily.

I'd like one too!

The service manual doesn't exist. Closest I could get was the 394XP.

Local Husqvarna dealership looked up their resources and said there wasn't one. All they had with regards to the 395XP was lessons learnt from the husqvarna chainsaw school and occasional service bulletins that point out faulty parts, or items needing special attention. There isn't a full service manual for this model at all.

Basically what I have seen now after owning both the biggest difference between the two is the cylinder's carb intake Block/rubber boot setup

Yup, I've been using the 394's SM as a guide, its worked fine.
