I will confess. The saw is now in my possesion. A saw i have been
wanting for quite some time. Got into a conversation with the OP
and now here it is.
The OP did a fantastic job, Went way out of his way for me. Took
many pic's of the disassembly so i would know exactly how it goe's
together. It took a little bit since the saw had to be ordered but he
kept in touch almost every day. I couldn't be happier.

I am befuddled. Robin orders/buys the saw NIB in Asia, disassembles it and ships to USA and Lee puts the saw back together again because the saw cannot be imported due to EPA regs ?

Why are you befuddled? It is much easier for new clean repair parts to pass through customs then it is for a complete powerhead
