I’ve got an old low mileage Echo CS-341 top handle chain saw.

I’d like to convert it to a rear handle saw. Will the handle arrangement on a CS 305, 306, 346, type saws be a bolt-on swap.

Anyone convert a top handle Echo like the above to rear handle?

Any sage advice is appreciated!

The CS-306 is the rear handle version of the CS-341. I am not sure exactly what parts you will need but it shouldn't be too difficult after you compare the parts breakdowns for both saws. I had a CS-341 and I used it hard for about 4 years for topping trees, climbing and cutting small wood and brush. It was a good unit, I went with Echo because I knew the local dealer personally and I could get parts for cost at the time. I bought a GT-225 trimmer around the same time and I still have that one and it has a lot of hours on it also, another great unit.
