If you got it, spend it! Get like a brandy new 60 cc pro saw, and immediately have it ported.

Take what that cost, go ten (figure you will want it for at least a decade casual use) times 365, now divide into the cost. How much a day is that? Pocket change! Not even one dollar.

Compared to other fun outdoor stuff, any sort of motorsports or fun sport, chainsaws are pretty cheap, even super nice ones that have been worked on.

It simply isn't worth that to have to run a ms290 & it sure wont make it a better saw. :laugh:


I'd take an MS-290 any day over one of these:
