(Markc) i bought two chain saws. Husky 440E and 450 rancher i was very dissapointed. They were both pieces of junk. Huskey really needs to rework their new saws. Their quality use to be exalent. I would not recomend them at all
I'd like to hear a few more details before I decide never to buy another Husqvarna chainsaw...I bought two chain saws. A Husky 440E and a 450 rancher. I was very dissapointed. They were both pieces of junk. Husky really needs to rework their new saws. Their quality use to be excellent. I would not recomend them at all.
I read one post from Mark c and decided I would not read another. Poor quality grammar, syntax and spelling. Nothing wrong with a Husqvarna, most problems can be traced back to the operator.
I'm "shure" he already has you on 'ignore', but if you would enlighten us about how your homeowner clamshell plastic-cased Huskys are poor quality, maybe the conversation could get back on track...Maybe you need to go back to selling fire trucks im shure that is plentiful and profitable guido salvage what do you think
Well my 262xp is 20+ yrs old and it's still working okay... it's no 450 Rancher, though.

Nah, trolls would choose a more popular saw like a 372 or 044 to trash as they would get more of a rise. This thread smells of ape sh*t.
Its not as nice as the pic would make it seem... I just replaced the beat up plastic clutch cover with a shiny new metal one.Has that saw ever seen wood in those 20+ years?
