I was trying to think how I would guess what he had bought in the past and maybe how I was going to get around the location issue.

All he needs to do is look at his paypal transaction.
He would find a valid e-mail and a phone number.

Maybe you can narrow it down by getting the return address and name off your package..Just give him a call..

Well calling from here to the states can be problematic at times. I searched for his name in the forum but would not put his name out without permission. I Guess i will try him on ebay, the problem is usually they blank out anything that might be contact data to keep you from going direct and bypassing them.
