Well, yes, there is that. I guess I should say I weaned myself of off pharma meds! Just antibiotics for 2 weeks, and after that we’ll see. For the record, I’ve had multiple surgeries in the last 2 months, the latest should be the last for a while.
Sorry to hear it man. Hoping you can see the light at the end of this ****** tunnel.

Already there, I’m making plans, I may get knocked down, but I don’t stay down! It’ll be a great day when this is behind me, and that’s what keeps me going! That and my net of family and loyal friends! We’re actually packing up for an overnight trip to Tahoe for a birthday gathering to celebrate my 9 yr old grandsons birthday, both sons and their kids will be there, hope I have the stamina to pull it off!

Well dang grizz, that ain't no good. sure hope they get you fixed up right.

any pics of the porting?
Looks like all I kept was a pic of the bearing cup. The saw in the vid had the intake and exhaust widened, exhaust raised and intake lowered minimally to make up for the gasket delete only. The pitifully rough flowing lowers had square edges smoothed for better flow. Not much.

Everytime I get one health problem under control another one pops up. I need six operations but at 69 yo they have to be kidding me. I’m just going to ride the wave as long as I can. Never give up the fight.

It's a nice upgrade. I feel like with all the layers of sandwich on the bottom end 180+ might be pushing it long term but it makes for a cheap upgrade. I've done one with the HW 45mm quad port and flat top on a mag case. That one is somewhere in the neighborhood of a modded 45mm 350 top end. @cus_deluxe seems to like it alright. I have one more of those with a popup on the shelf, but with a couple flavors of 346 jug sitting there also I'm not sure when I'll get to try it.
the few tanks ive put through it so far, ive been impressed. its living in my toolbox ready for action.

I’m a few yrs behind you, but stopped seeing the Docs for the last 10 yrs, up until this hernia! That’s when the other issues were found leading to the other surgeries. We got this now, just have to do what the professionals advise me to do. My garage is calling my name, and I need to ignore the voices in my head. CAD is still in my system, there’s no, known cure! My buddy is using one of my 350 builds and he’s been working the dogs sh!t outta that poor thing, with a big ole smile on his face! Wait till he gets his hands on a pop up model!;)

i purchased many of the husky 350’s. Do you guys port them? I purchased new crank bearings and seals, gaskets, and piston. They list two different size cylinders are they interchangeable if I buy the piston kit with them? What’s the hot ticket for these saws? A 346 Xp cylinder? Or stock and port it a tad?
This is an aftermarket 350 cylinder on a 345 that I practiced porting on. Not up there with a 346 but it does pretty good.

Do you port match the bottom of the cylinder to the cylinder base using the base gasket? Can the ignition be advanced easily? Does the ign have a rev limiter?

I matched the cylinder to the gasket. I don't think the coil is limited, I have a 350 that wot is 14,000 and the one above is at 13,600. I tried to advance the timing but it ran better stock.
