    Husky 435/440 - RTV/sealant or no?

I'm replacing the crank seals on a 435 and using new rubber cylinder base gaskets as well. Should I use any RTV/sealant/grease or just put the gaskets and seals in as they are?

Dolmar 421 crank seal, bearing removal

Hi, My Dolmar crank bearing and seal design appears different than other saws. There are three ‘tabs’ that look...

    Poulan 2700/2800 crank seal replacement

    Husqvarna 350 Aftermarket Seals

I picked up a cheap locked up Husky 350 to rebuild. I figured it would be smart to go ahead and replace the seals while I have it torn apart. Does anyone know of any decent aftermarket seals? I haven't had much luck finding OEM ones. Thank you!

Rancher 55 crank seals and bearings - do I need special tools?

I'm about to do my first top end rebuild. I want to replace the crank bearings and seals too, just to be safe. Will I need any special tools for this? What is the trick for getting them off, and getting the case split?

Need 031ave seal and bearing options.

Have not yet torn down my 031AV that had the loose muffler. But have been mulling what I know so far 1. Muffler flange was broken and muffler loose. That affected running for sure. 2.
