I love my 020, but something's been bothering me. The steel bushing for the bar mount in the sprocket cover occaisionally turns in its recess thereby covering the access for the side chain tensioner. I can remdy this by using a screwdriver to push it back from the outside, but it's a pain. Anyone tried putting some epoxy in there, or found another solution?
A guy I work with has the new MS200T. They changed the design by molding a little plastic ridge in the cover. The bushing turned anyway and sheared off the molded ridge. He went to the dealer and they gave him the old style cover under warranty.
