okay another question that may seem elementary ,but typical,
for ole tony. on the opposite side[of the exhaust] of the chain theres a screw,
it apparently has to do with the oil as its marked 1 oil. is this an adjustment for oil flo or does the screw just hold the thing togather:) . the 028 is cutting super but seems to drop in cut performance as u stay in cut.by the way these guys have really helped this oldtimer pick up some tricks in sharpening. i can pretty well do a good job of making a chain cut properly.
its been a big thing for me.thanks for any input
 
thats kinda what i thot. thanks. hope i dont have to do another oil pump. last one cost me 114. dollars. well at least i can say i finally know how to get a chain to cut rite thanks stiltech.tm
 
Good point Stihltech. It's the same with automobiles, saws, snowmobiles, tools, everything. There are cheaper and more expensive parts for every brand.
