The second pic is after the acid treatment , plating was worn away. Dammit.

Now I have to decide what to do with her next. I did enjoy the saw, but $ is tight.

034 to 036 is the best way to go for the 1125 series. Put up a wanted ad for an 036 top end or just cylinder. If you can get a cylinder, grab a Meteor piston from DDave for $34 or whatever the ebay price is down to now.
Replace seals, trim cylinder cover to fit, possibly need a muffler spacer, fuel line, impulse line, plug, fuel filter.

Have an OEM 034 cylinder that needs a new home.
It ate a wrist pin retainer and trashed the piston and scored the cylinder wall below the intake and exhaust ports.
Hone the high spots of the cylinder and it should be totally functional.
