As B Rad said, that is a Stihl Factory 3/4 wrap handle.

The dp cover is not original on that saw, but increases performance. Replacing that filter with the newer Stihl HD-2 filter will also improves performance. You may need to make the tune (high speed screw) a bit richer (usually about 1/16 turn, but tune it by ear or with a tach).
