Any suggestions it has a walboro on it now .

Why do you think you need a bigger carb? The factory carb is sufficient to feed even a ported saw. There's definately something wrong with your saw with the way it doesn't want to idle down. It could simply be a matter of tuning.
 
28 inch bar and chain you don't think its giving some flywheel effect . Carb is turned pretty much out .
 
How many turns out are the mixture screws? If more than 1.25 or so you have a air leak or carb issues.
 
well maybe its the 2 oz of nitro but its definately not a ar leak.
 
check the torsion spring in the trigger and the spring on the carb. They help return the throttle to idle position, one may be broken. Also your trigger may be sticking not allowing the return, make sure it's not rubbing somewhere in the handle. Check to see that the carb throttle rod is not binding, carb is tight. If those things are good, you really need to look for an air leek. Symptoms of this are turning the low/high carb needle and having no effect on high speed or low speed/idle. That thing is 4-stroking hard at high RPM by the sound in the video.
