100 b sharpener

I just bought one of these with a chain break. And various bulk St IHL chain for 100.00 . Did I do ok ? Its a Neilson (sp) 100b .
The chain is stihl and the chain break is Stihl . Does anyone know where I can get a owners manual and a parts break down . Thanks
