I was reading a recent thread about the rancher, this is one of my main firewood saws. I have nothing but good to say about them. I did a muffler mod on mine and dropped a smaller bar on, she's quick. The other day I picked up a 154SE (from a good ole boy who restores antique tractors and collects saws), I beleive that this was where the 55R was derived. Its a wonderful little unit. I may have paid a bit much for it ($125), but its condition was very impressive. Set up with .325 it is a good limbing saw and the engine is still tight. Its a welcome addition! :hmm3grin2orange:
