262xp flywheel

Hi Folks,
Just a quick question on a 262xp, will a flywheel for a 254 work on a 262? I know that it will fit but the stroke on a 262 is longer, will that affect timing? The part numbers are different.

Hi, maybe gone guestion but yes and coil works too. I have done this way.
