I forget what the Husky spec was for ajusting my 346 carb with my Tachometer. Does any body know, or can direct me to this info. Thanks.

The factory spec max is 14,700 rpm. Many find that bone stock 346s run with more power somewhere nearer 14k. All of the modified 346s I have seen easily want to run at 14.7 or more.

That's pretty interesting, Brian.  18.5 meters per second equals 43,701 inches per minute (18.5 meters × 39.37 inches/meter &times 60 seconds).  If it's a 7-pin 3/8" driver (5.25 inches per revolution) the stated speed is achieved with 8324 RPM.  If it's a 7-pin .325" driver (4.55 inches per revolution) the stated speed is achieved with 9604 RPM.

18.5 meters/second converts to 41.4 mph or (The Bestial?) 66.6 kph.

it's a .325" driver on that saw as default, have you tried it with a 3/8?
