[Mr_Brushcutter]

Hi

I've run into a problem. I've taken the chain catcher off the saw to clean all the crap form off it and under and around it. First time i've done it and i can't get it back on! I've go it so far in about 5mm left to get it in and tight but it won't move anymore. Tried unscrewing it but it just undoes the anti vibration mount but not the screw.

Last thing i need is a screwed saw. A little help please.

Just hold the shock with plier and at same time unscrew the bolt.Dont remove the chain catcher completely if you dont want to use it.Instead,cut the catcher itself and keep the bottom part under the bolt.It prevent the cr/case from breaking around the recessed area of the catcher.

Thanks managed to get it back on tight using a lot of brute force. For a while i though i'd break the hex wrench.
