My 365 seems to be pooling gas when it sits between cuts. As soon as I pick it up it bogs until it either quits or I hit the gas. Not sure if thats it just my guess. Any ideas? Also sometimes in smaller stuff it four strokes hard until I really push it. Little leaner?

It could be several things-

start with checking the L needle setting- should be about 1 turn out from lightly seated.
check the metering lever setting. It should be flush with the top of the carb body.
the diaphragms may be getting stiff and need replacing.

l could be very wrong but my thoughts are the L screw needs adjusting to give it more fuel not less. Either way l think tuning the L may solve your issue. Good luck!

If it is the diaphragms will they possibly soften enough by running it? The previous owner rarely used it maybe 5 tanks in 2 years.
