36cc hedge trimmer carb question

I have an older Stihl HS60AV and it comes with a Tekei carb. I can't find a rebuild kit. The carb has one hole seen on the side above the center of the big hole. Is that an impulse hole? I am finding what appear to be comparable carbs for the size motor, but I see some with a double hole, one on bottom and one on top. I don't suspect that will work, correct? Could I plug it with some JB weld as a hack? NO idea here, just hacking LOL.

You could find a newer one that fits. Make a gasket that leaves the pulse open to the cylinder and closes it to the other port. A pic of the intake would help.
Been a LOOOONG time since I worked on a TEKEI carb. Thank god they are gone!
