full chizzy ,no skip crap chain for this timber cutter. if your ported 372 cant carry a full comp chain on a 28'' bar in hardwoods, find another porter..

I must agree. My 2002 with 8 tooth socket eats as fast as anyone on the hill. 32" bar and full chiz. 3/8 50. mike

32" with full skip on my 2002 372 XPW with a 7 pin sprocket is what I use now. I used to use 28", but I am taller and like the longer bar.
