Posting my 572xp, purchased it late 2021, has had maybe 5-7 full tanks of fuel through it at the most, I have not used the saw near as much as I thought I was going to. Did a muffler mod to it last year and used it for one small tree job last month. Saw has crazy power and is smooth as can be, even though it’s not fully broken in a could still tell a difference even with just the muffler mod. Muffler paint didn’t hold up long at all I think I got some bad paint, haven’t gotten around to re painting it yet. Anyways a heck of a saw, I just hate seeing it sit, I’d rather the beast be let out of its cage more often. I’ve kept it in a hard case from day one, which should be obvious by the pics. Saw is not hurt at all! Very light use. It’s just kinda overkill for what I use chainsaws for. Asking $800 or best offer plus shipping, please PM me if you would like more pictures or information!

Is it, they have no state employment tax.
That’s correct, land taxes and what not aren’t terrible either, some of the Memphis suburbs are pretty crazy as far as how property tax goes, but I’m about 50 miles east of Memphis and it isn’t that bad, I work in Memphis though, little bit of a commute but it beats living in Memphis

Too bad the property is currently so high right now, that's kinda everywhere now though.
I like it down there, it would be a nice escape from our governor here, but I feel I should stay and fight for this awesome state :).

East TN is an amazing place. Not that NW TN and W KY aren't also amazingly beautiful.
